The Cut-Out Bootie

I have been slightly obsessing over the cut-out bootie! I am such a nerd when it comes to shoes its kinda ridiculous but especially cute booties! This selection is a little more edgy and I kinda see most of these kinda being worn as the "biker look" {motorcycle leather jacket, high waisted denim short shorts or leatherette pants} but I think you can make it work with any sort of style! This list is awesome because all these shoes are [ B U D G E T meets style ] all $50 or less! Click caption for more info on where you could purchase these...

DIY Potting Pots

I have been doing lots and lots of DIY lately. I always wondered what I wanted out of my idea of "perfect" decor and realized that I want bright pop's of color, organic creations, unique pieces and mostly simplicity. I literally came to this sudden realization like two weeks ago and its blowing my mind. Before two weeks ago, I was all for rustic and elegant...so deep warm colors with rustic fusion. Now I want light and bright colors with rustic fusion still. I think the sun came out and is messing with my head lol. Another thing, I started {potting my seeds for gardening}. I have never gardened before so I am so excited about it! I have been wanting pots for herbs in my kitchen and thought that I should get basic pots, like the ones used, and spruce them up a bit with fun paint. Enjoy and sure do come back for more!

Orchard Days: [Yolo]

So this is a late post but last week I went cruisin' around these back roads and found a lowly apple orchard out in the middle of nowhere. It was a perfect scene for an outfit post; I mean for real, rows of trees and nature {perfecto} I figure since I'm in the country-ish I might as well take advantage of it and enjoy every moment since YOLO! Today is for today, live so that when you are 80, you can look back and say I lived! I did all that I wanted and I had a life, good or bad, that I lived!

Product Review: KeyCals by Kidecals

Hey guys,

So I rarely do product reviews so this is a little out of the ordinary however, I think this is a product that you guys will LOVE, because I pretty much love it so far. I was recently contacted by a very cute company called Kidecals that specializes in labels and most notably, adhesive keyboard stickers called keycals. I am a major DIY person so I was glad to see that among these keycals were also a very vast array of labels for jars, boxes, water bottles, and lots of other cool and nifty things; labels that can even be personalized. Now how awesome is that! I personally fell in love with the keycals product which are the keyboard stickers that are geared for MACs. Seeing that I recently purchased a MAC last Fall, I was eager to get this product so that I could deck out my keyboard.

As you guys see, I picked the green ombre keycals which I am loving thus far! They give my computer a whole new look which I love! These shades of green are so totally in right now not only for decor but also in fashion which I think was brilliant of them! I was worried that these stickers would leave residue but I actually took a few off and they left a little non-noticable stick that was easily cleaned away with a dry cloth. The positives are definitely that they are so cute, very practical, add color to your keypad, and are a very affordable product, priced at $16 for a set. The only negatives that I am digging deep down for is that the CAPS key has a little light that usually comes on, on top of the button that is hard to see now that there is a sticker covering it, the volume stickers all look the same vs. the gradual increase in size on the pad, and lastly, my F1-F12 buttons are no longer visible. However, if you are well-versed with MACs, no big deal. In my opinion, the negatives I can deal with for how sexy my computer looks :)

Obviously, I can not end this post without getting you guys in on the action. Kidecals has been so wonderful enough to offer my readers a 15% off coupon using the coupon code: FASHION. If you are anything like me, you will know that I am a sucker for FREE SHIPPING and its free shipping all day, everyday. Thats great huh?!!!...so you could get this amazing product for yourself or any other wonderful products offered on their website at a discounted rate with free shipping, HOLLA!!!

Where: | Baroque Meets Chic |

Happy Friday! It is been a while since I posted and honestly I could post every other day if I was dedicated lol. The year is zooming by...last year I had 71 posts and that really disheartened me. I vow to have over 100 fashion style posts alone this year...that is a personal goal I have made lol seeing that there are 90 days in three months I think I can do it if I commit to 3 personal style posts every week! Have a magical weekend and a even more fantastic day! xoxo

p.s-I have a love affair with Joe Fresh, more importantly with prints!
